Alumni Luncheon 2008
April 23, 2008
As an alumni of CSUF College of Communications, I was invited to join students for a special lunch during CommWeek 2008. It was such a pleasure to go back to campus and see all the changes and incredible updates made since I was a student there.
The students in attendance were there by invitation from Dr. Pullen, Dean of College of Communications. I had the pleasure of sharing my experience about the “real world” with a table of nine students. It was an opportunity for them to ask me questions about what I do day to day, what I wish I knew back then that I know now, and to talk about general career advise.
I would like to extend a special thank you to May Oo and Mario Davis, Student Program Coordinators, for hosting such a wonderful event, and Assistant Dean Peggy Bockman for such a warm welcome.
I look forward to being a part of future events.
